How can I encourage my parent to accept home care?

Is Home Care government funded?

Home support may be funded by the government, depending on your unique needs and eligibility. We begin with an assessment to determine if you qualify for this funding.

We proudly partner with your local Health Authority (Vancouver Coastal Health / Fraser Health) to ensure the care you receive matches the level of support and hours approved through their careful assessment process.

If government funding is not available, please know we also offer private pay care options designed to meet your specific needs.

How do you match caregivers with clients?

We believe that the right match makes all the difference. After meeting with you and your loved one, our Care Manager takes time to understand not just care needs, but also personality, preferences, and routines. We thoughtfully pair each client with a caregiver who fits both their needs and their spirit.

If, for any reason, the match doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to find someone who does. Your comfort and trust are our top priorities.

Hiring privately can be overwhelming—background checks, credentials, and finding a backup if someone is sick can all fall on your shoulders. With Ana’s Care, you have a whole team behind you.
